Ranjit K. Sharma, Founder, CEO & CCO (Chief Content Officer)
Ranjit K. Sharma brings 23+ years of experience across educational publishing, curriculum development, product development and educational innovation.
He has authored 33 books, edited 150+ books, and built and led multidisciplinary teams behind 700+ curriculum books and digital learning resources for K–12 learners. His work has spanned curriculum strategy, product development, editorial and project management, quality assurance, budgeting, publishing operations, teacher training, product positioning and customer engagement.
An engineer by training, Ranjit has worked alongside technology teams and has experience building and managing digital-media initiatives. His recent work includes AI-assisted publishing, prompt engineering and the integration of AI, pedagogy, assessment and learner-centred design.
At ALS, he brings together this education and product experience with specialist technology and AI capabilities to build learning systems that are pedagogically grounded, technology-enabled and designed for scale. As CCO, he leads content, editorial, quality assurance and Education R&D, ensuring that technology and AI remain anchored in sound educational thinking. Beyond education and publishing, he is also the founder of Spirituality with Ranjit, a platform through which he explores interfaith spirituality, conscious living and the human side of growth.
